Who this is for
Dysregulation does not arise from one source. It is triggered by many — psychological experience, emotional distress, physical challenges, pain, illness, injury. No cause is greater or lesser than another, and no body's response needs justification.
Some people come to this work in distress. Others come curious — wanting to understand the language of their own nervous system, to build capacity before they need it, to shift words like somatics and regulation from knowledge into something they can actually feel.
This guide holds both. Practices short enough to do on the worst day, and deep enough to keep returning to on the good ones. Every practice offers a modification, because modifications are not lesser versions — they are the practice.
This is what helped me return to regulation, rest, and a felt sense of safety.
Wherever you are, you are not too much, too sensitive, too numb, or too far gone. You are not broken. Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do.
What lives inside
Twenty-one days in three parts — Re-Rooting, Deepening, Re-Awakening. Each week builds on the one before it, beginning at three to five minutes and opening into longer practice as your capacity grows.
Each day offers four practices to choose from:
Earth Connection — coming back into contact with something steady and older than you
Soothing & Stillness — rest that your system can actually receive
Flow & Release — letting the body finish what it has been holding
Energy Connection — tending the energy moving through you and the field around you
Choose one, choose two, or simply rest. There is no right way to walk this.
Alongside the daily practices:
Optional self-inquiry at the close of each week, with space for your own words
Modifications throughout — for pain, fatigue, sensory sensitivity, and limited mobility
A note beneath each practice naming what informs it
What grows over time
Across twenty-one days, you come to hold more than a set of practices. A working knowledge of your own system — which states you live in, what tips you out of them, what brings you back. And a quiet shift: from a body that has to be managed, to a body you know how to listen to.

A note on timing
This journey is gentle, and it is still self-directed. If you are in acute crisis, please let a real person hold it with you — a therapist, a doctor, someone who can meet you in real time. This work will be here when you are ready for it.
Your body has been speaking this whole time. These twenty-one days are an invitation to learn its language.
